About the author

Bill Eisenhauer is an engineer. He has been programming for 45 years and has spent a 40-year career building production software. He isn't a dentist or a clinician, and he doesn't write as one. What he brings to a practice is an engineer's habit: count it, write the assumption down beside the number, and build the estimate so someone else can check it. He'd rather hand an office manager a small figure she can defend than a large one she has to take on faith. He also owns Alchemy Inside, a consulting practice for med spas.
